Ingredients
1 lettuce • 1 frisee lettuce • Green Nori Sprinkle, “Clearspring” • Organic curry sauce, “Natura è Piacere” • Bruschettina topping,“Saclà” • 400 g Fresh Cod (from the fish counter) • 1 lemon • 800 ml oive oil, “Joia do sul” • Flor de Sal, “Maria do Monte”
Method
Wash the salad in ice cold water • Cut the cod into 4 portions and place them in a shallow pan with some lemon skin and 350 ml of the olive oil • The fish should be covered with olive oil • Put the pan in the oven (preheated to 80ºC) for 35 min • Remove from the oven let the fish rest for 7 min. in a warm place • Break up into shreds • Season with Flor de Sal Season the curry sauce with the lemon juice • Arrange the lettuce leaves in the middle of the plate, and dollop on some of the curry sauce • Arrange the cod between the leaves and add some «Bruschettina» • Sprinkle with the Green Nori Sprinkle
