Curry and yoghurt Sauce

Ingredients

½ pack of Phoenicia fresh cheese (250g) • 1 Milram natural yoghurt • 1 chopped shallot • 1 tsp curry • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger • Juice of 1 small lemon • Lemon zest • Salt • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

Mix the cheese and the yogurt in a bowl, seasoning with lemon juice, curry, salt and pepper • Grate the ginger, chop the shallot, zest the lemon and add to the mixture • Mix well
