Panna Cotta Heart

Ingredients
1lt Debic cream • 150g sugar • 1 vanilla pod • 3 gelatine leaves • 50g dark chocolate • 2 strawberries • 125g raspberries
Method
Melt the gelatine sheets in cold water • Mix the cream with the sugar • Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and add the contents • Place on a low heat and mix well until it begins to boil • Take off the heat and mix in the drained gelatine sheets • Pour out into recipients of your choice and place in the fridge to set (min. 2 hours) • Decorate with berries and drizzle with melted chocolate
Tip:
The amount of gelatine needed depends on the size of the mould/recipient • The same result can be achieved with Galbani Panna Cotta, found in store in 1-litre packs.
