Ingredients
Coffee: 50g dark chocolate in small pieces • 15ml cinnamon syrup • 15ml raspberry syrup • 2 hot espressos (coffee) • 1 coffee cup filled with steaming milk • 50ml cream • 10ml raspberry syrup Decoration: 1 pack of ready made marzipan
Method
Cut off a 1-cm slice of marzipan • Cut out a heart shape • Beat the cream with the raspberry syrup until thick • Mix together the cinnamon and raspberry syrups, the chocolate and the hot coffee (at this point the chocolate will melt) • Add the hot milk • Pour the coffee mix into two cups • Top with the pink cream and serve with the marzipan hearts
